LabStar customers can now use 4 channels to contact customer support

LabStar customers can now use 4 channels to contact customer support

LabStar software now offers our customers 4 different channels to reach customer support:

  1. Email:  send to support@labstar.com from any device
  2. Help Center Chat:  contact us from any page on the Help Center (also see bottom right corner of this page!)
  3. Help Center “Submit a request” for easier tracking and looking up past requests
  4. Call 323-522-3120 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time

Our Help Center currently includes more than 150 articles and video tutorials and it’s growing weekly to address trending questions and explain new features.  It’s reachable from any LabStar dashboard by clicking the “?” at the top right corner of the page.
