New Work Ticket Design for LabStar

For the past couple years we’ve been collecting feedback on the work ticket. We’ve now released a newly redesigned, customizable work ticket that incorporates our users’ most popular feature requests. Here’s an example of what a typical work ticket looks like:

Users can find additional information in the LabStar Help Center at the top right of each page–just click on the “?”. Work ticket settings can be found in Settings > RX /Work Ticket > Work Ticket.

This feature is available in all LabStar plans.
