LabStar Software is committed to helping our customers build better dental labs. This fall we were proud to sponsor the webinar series, “Building Your Best Lab: 3 Lab Owners, 3 Different Approaches, 3 Winning Strategies.” In each of the 3 webinars, we invited a different lab owner to discuss their experience building sustained, long-term business growth. The featured speakers were Jeff Hoffman of Method Dental Lab in Draper, Utah, Dany Sakr of Sakr Dental Arts in Winter Park, Florida, and Philip Kim of Paramount Dental Studio in Huntington Beach, California. Labs nationwide viewed each webinar live and the conversations were moderated by LabStar CEO Jeff Noles and Nick Azzara, CEO of DNS Consulting Group.
The lab owners discussed a range of business philosophies and insights. Highlights include Jeff Hoffman explaining his 9 rules of process management, Dany Sakr sharing his passion for developing a learning culture within the lab, and Philip Kim discussing how he chooses key metrics for measuring lab growth. Each webinar was an hour long, and CE credit was offered by the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC).
Jeff Noles, LabStar CEO, said, “Labs are constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ideas, and there is no better way to gain knowledge and inspiration than from other lab owners and operators. With everybody working so hard, especially during the pandemic, webinars are a terrific way to stimulate conversation among labs.” Nick Azzara, DNS Consulting Group CEO, added, “All dental labs seek professional development and community—these webinars help build both. We’re thrilled to add these important voices to the dental lab industry conversation.”
